On March 8th, in Taipei (Taiwan), Southeast-Asia Impact Alliance (SIA) had the honor of collaborating with the Taiwan Affairs Office, the Economic and Cultural Office of Vietnam in Taipei, Long An province, Thai Nguyen province, and Saigontel to successfully organize the “Investment Environment Seminar in Vietnam 2023” for the provinces of Long An and Thai Nguyen. The event was attended by Mr. Vu Tien Dung, representative of the Economic and Cultural Office of Vietnam in Taipei, Mr. Hoang Chi Bang, former representative of the Economic and Cultural Office of Vietnam in Taipei, Mr. Tran Duy Hai – Secretary General of the Taiwan Affairs Office, Mr. Nguyen Minh Lam – Vice Chairman of Long An province, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh – Vice Chairman of Thai Nguyen province, and more than 200 invited delegates.

The seminar took place in Taipei, focusing on topics related to investment environment in Vietnam, with representatives from domestic and foreign enterprises and organizations participating. The topics covered investment opportunities, the latest investment policies of Long An and Thai Nguyen provinces, and challenges and solutions in the investment environment in Vietnam.

This event is of significant importance to businesses and investors interested in the Vietnamese market. Understanding Vietnam’s policies and regulations in the investment field is crucial to ensuring success in investing in Vietnam. Additionally, the seminar provides an opportunity for domestic and foreign businesses and organizations to share experiences and learn from experts and partners in the investment sector in Vietnam.

With the coordination of SIA, the Taiwan Affairs Office, the Economic and Cultural Office of Vietnam in Taipei, Long An province, Thai Nguyen province, and Saigontel, the seminar has achieved success and contributed to enhancing investors’ awareness and understanding of the investment environment in Vietnam. These activities also contribute to promoting the development of the investment market in Vietnam and fostering economic cooperation between Vietnam and partners in the Southeast Asian region. The seminar was a great success.
