On April 21, 2022, CardinalRain signed a MoU with TAOStartup. TAOStartup is one of the largest technology startup communities in Vietnam, providing support to entrepreneurs by connecting them with the startup network both locally and internationally. It facilitates the sharing of experiences from experts and connects founders with investors. TAOStartup community has grown to include over 5000 members, primarily consisting of startup founders, software developers, business individuals (businessmen, sellers, etc.), and investors. TAOStartup focuses on core values of building real and high-quality networking through community activities such as meetups, workshops, business matching, and more, tailored for startups.

Participating in the signing ceremony on behalf of CardinalRain were Mr. Huang Chi-Yuan, the founder of CardinalRain, and Mr. Julian Su, the director of CardinalRain. Representing TAOStartup was Mr. Tran Phi Long, the founder of TAOStartup.

According to the collaboration agreement, CardinalRain and TAOStartup agreed on terms that include connecting startup projects from Taiwan and introducing international business collaboration opportunities to the Vietnamese community. They also agreed to jointly organize events and workshops related to entrepreneurship for both communities.

Speaking at the collaboration signing ceremony, Mr. Huang Chi-Yuan, representing CardinalRain, expressed appreciation for the support from TAOStartup. He emphasized that the collaboration is an excellent opportunity for both parties, enriching the activities of both CardinalRain and TAOStartup, and facilitating the promotion of cooperation in connecting startup projects between Vietnam and Taiwan.
