On September 28, 2023, SIA organized a crucial meeting where a semiconductor technology delegation from Taiwan met with Mr. Richard R. C. Shih, Representative of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Vietnam. The primary purpose of this meeting was to introduce and report on the delegation’s research findings during their visit to Hanoi, Vietnam, focusing on semiconductor technology and related aspects.

The discussions centered around how Taiwan and Vietnam can collaboratively develop the semiconductor industry and seize opportunities for sustainable growth. Mr. Richard R. C.
