On October 23, 2024, the Southeast Asia Impact Alliance (SIA) and FCC Partners facilitated a visit by the Keelung City Government delegation to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The delegation, led by Danny Lin, Director of the Keelung City Department of Industrial Development, was accompanied by Taiwanese legislator Mr. Huang Chien-Hao. The visit aimed to engage with the Business Startup Support Center (BSSC), IBP, and InnoEx for discussions and exchanges.

During the meetings, representatives from BSSC, IBP, and InnoEx shared collaboration opportunities, particularly in the field of green innovation. They expressed interest in supporting Taiwanese businesses entering the Vietnamese market through the networks of InnoEx and IBP. Both sides also discussed startup support initiatives in Keelung and BSSC and planned to exchange experiences for establishing and operating a startup support center in Keelung.

Founded in 2021 by Mr. CY Huang, the Southeast Asia Impact Alliance (SIA) focuses on fostering collaboration between Taiwan and Southeast Asia, particularly the Vietnamese market. We are dedicated to assisting Taiwanese companies in expanding into Vietnam by offering services such as market entry support, investment consulting, and talent connections.
