|Throwback to the Business Trip of the Southeast-Asia Impact Alliance (SIA) in Vietnam|
During the business trip from May 10th to May 13th, Southeast-Asia Impact Alliance had the opportunity to meet and collaborate with partner entities in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Hai Phong, and Nam Dinh.
On May 10th, right after leaving the airport, SIA promptly held a meeting with an important partner, Saigontel, at their office in Ho Chi Minh City. During the meeting, both parties actively discussed past, ongoing, and future collaborations.

Following that, SIA had a chance to meet and work with representatives from Van Phat Hung Corporation in a project focused on technology for elderly care and senior support.

On May 11th, Southeast-Asia Impact Alliance held a working session with representatives from Sovico Group at their office in Ho Chi Minh City. The event garnered much attention from individuals in the region, marking an important step in the collaboration and interaction between SIA and Sovico Group.

Sovico Group is one of the leading diversified corporations in Vietnam, with activities spanning banking (HD Bank), real estate, aviation services, such as Vietjet Air, hotels, and various other fields. Sovico has made significant contributions to the development of Vietnam’s economy and the Southeast-Asia region. This opportunity allowed both parties to discuss, exchange, and promote cooperation in critical sectors.
On May 12th, SIA had a meeting with Nam Dinh provincial authorities to discuss cooperation in innovation and technology, led by Mr. C.Y. Huang, Chairman of SIA. The delegation also met with Mr. Tran Le Doai, TUV, Vice Chairman of Nam Dinh People’s Committee and representatives from the Department of Science and Technology.

During the trip, SIA learned about Thien Truong Avenue, an important route connecting Nam Dinh province with the North-South Highway, facilitating trade between the province and the region as well as the whole country. The province is praised for its cultural and economic significance, a place of talented individuals and a convergence of human values from many generations of Vietnamese people.

On May 13th in Hai Phong, SIA had the honor to attend the groundbreaking ceremony of the Xuan Cau Industrial Zone and Free Trade Zone Investment Project, jointly held by Hai Phong People’s Committee and one of SIA’s significant partners, Xuan Cau – Lach Huyen Investment Joint Stock Company.

The Xuan Cau Industrial Zone and Free Trade Zone Investment Project covers an area of 752 hectares with a total investment of 11,110 billion VND. The ceremony was attended by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Chairman of Hai Phong People’s Committee, and other ministry leaders. This project is regarded as a major industrial production and logistics center in Hai Phong.

The assessment of the business trip was successful, and SIA considers it a significant journey that not only maintains good relationships with existing partners but also opens up bright cooperation opportunities for the future.
